DJ Garcia has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he brings to the real estate industry. An alumni from the University of Arizona where he studied Finance and graduated Summa Cum Laude with the fourth highest GPA in his graduating class. He has lived in Wilton, New Hampshire since 2011 and grown into a pillar of the community during that time. He owns and operates Wilton House of Pizza which has become a premier business in downtown Wilton. In addition to the restaurant he has also founded an operated multiple other enterprises in the entertainment and automotive industries.

Beyond his brick and mortar businesses he also acts as a financial advisor, fiduciary, investor and business coach to various entrepreneurs along the east coast. Additionally, he has served the community of Wilton as its elected Town Treasurer for three terms. In 2022 he was elected as Selectman, a governing member of the Wilton Select Board, where he is responsible for the operation, finances, employees and improvements within the community. 

He brings unmatched business acumen to his clients and acts as a commercial real estate specialist. He owns commercial buildings in New Hampshire that are home to several businesses and brings an entrepreneurial familiarity to his real estate sphere.

In his free time he enjoys playing basketball or disc golf, spending time with his wife Amy, son Camron and his dog Rocco, reading non fiction books as well as road trips listening to 90’s hip hop or a business related podcast.
